Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Todd Durkin Enterprises ("Todd Durkin Enterprises", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use Impact Athlete (the "Services"). Accounts are held by adults (18+); parents and guardians manage information about their athletes.

1. Information we collect

• Account information: your name, email address, and password (stored only as a secure hash).
• Athlete information: details a parent or guardian provides about an athlete, such as name, age, sport, and goals.
• Member activity: journal entries, course reflections and progress, Q&A question submissions, and Coaching Network intake form responses.
• Team and fundraising information: team or school codes you join with, and associated fundraising credits.
• Payment status: your subscription status and renewal dates. Full payment card details are collected and stored by Stripe, our payment processor — we never see or store your full card number.
• Technical data: basic device, browser, and usage information needed to operate and secure the Services.

2. How we use information

• Deliver the membership: course access, protocols, journal, live Q&A, summits, and the Parent Circle.
• Send member emails — weekly Mindset Drops, event reminders, receipts, and account notices — through our email provider, Resend.
• Process payments and manage your subscription through Stripe.
• Run the team and school fundraising program, including crediting 25% of eligible subscription revenue to your team.
• Match athletes with coaches through the Coaching Network when you submit an intake form.
• Improve, secure, and troubleshoot the Services, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Children's privacy

Accounts are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly permit children under 13 to create accounts. Information about an athlete under 13 may only be submitted by that athlete's parent or legal guardian, who consents at sign-up and when entering the athlete's details.

A parent or legal guardian may review, correct, export, or delete their child's information, or withdraw consent to further collection, at any time by contacting us. If we learn a child under 13 created an account without a parent or guardian, we will delete that account and its data.

4. How we share information

• Service providers: Stripe (payments), Resend (email), and our hosting and database providers — only as needed to operate the Services.
• Coaches: if you submit a Coaching Network intake form, your responses are shared with prospective coaches to make a match.
• Teams and schools: fundraising totals are shared with team organizers in aggregate; we do not share your personal payment details.
• Legal: when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our members and others.

We never sell your personal information.

5. Data retention and security

We keep your information while your account is active and as needed afterward for legal, accounting, and legitimate business purposes. We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level security in our database. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you as required by law.

6. Your rights and choices

• Access, correct, or export your account and athlete information from your Account Settings, or by emailing us.
• Delete your account and associated data by contacting us.
• Opt out of non-essential emails using the unsubscribe link; account and billing notices will still be sent.
• Depending on your state or country, you may have additional privacy rights — contact us to exercise them and we will honor applicable law.

7. Cookies and analytics

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and understand how the site is used. We do not use advertising trackers or sell browsing data.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in the Member Dashboard, and the "last updated" date above will change.
